Harassment and Bullying Training
Bullying can occur at any level of any workplace, and often goes unreported and undetected. However its serious effects in the workplace can include lower staff morale, less cohesive working relationships, higher staff turnover, lower productivity and potential legal action. This Essentials of Harassment and Bullying online compliance training module is designed to educate staff at all levels of an organisation about what harassment and bullying are, what behaviours can be problematic, and how to avoid them. The training also provides suggestions on what staff can do if they become aware of or involved in workplace harassment or bullying. This training will help to promote a safe and productive workplace.
